From smaller triangular 12" truss and 12" box truss suitable for exhibit and installation formats, to major concert truss, both in concert triangular truss and concert box truss format Smartstage offers both node connection and plate connection for each truss made.

 

Our truss is commonly used as staging understructure trussing, roof truss support, lighting concert truss, theatrical applications, exhibit truss display support and even industrial and commercial trussing support applications.

All Smartstage truss is manufactured with quality grade 6061-T6 structural grade aluminum designed for the most rigorous of application. The main truss chords of each truss length are 2" outside diameter, with a tough 0.125 inch wall thickness. The gusset plates featured with each type of truss have a 3/8" thickness. Node connection feature can be connected via bolt or slip-lock pin. Curved and angled trussing sections are both available for creative and specific design applications. Truss colors are available in either natural or a tough black power coated finish, while custom truss colors may be special ordered.
